Just play it on any equipment if you don’t have a headset. Blindfold or shut your eyes. Just ‘ignore’ your thoughts and listen to the beats. After a while you will notice that the sound is no longer playing on the gadget … its playing in your head lol. This WILL happen. Just go with the flow from that point on.
There really is little you can do without headphones.
