I just played this game yesterday and really enjoyed it! It was a lot like a very simplistic game of Munchkin or Fluxx. Definitely best played with a group who likes to read the cards like they’re zombies, though.
Wizards of the Coast gave out some of those squishy foam brains for their Gleemax brand a couple of years ago. I would not be surprised to see those pop up on EBay. Just do not overpay for a game prop.
Could be also, that you have to share hands, legs and other parts, not just the brain
